What happens to the users of these AI companies when the startup goes bankrupt in the AI bubble? It's stolen data, what happens to the data in a bankruptcy?

What happens when mandated use of an energy wasteful application comes before preventing an ecocide, mass unemployment, or double digit electricity rate increases?

The dependency can be abused to get government bailouts & subsidies.

As a society we are spending more and more money for software that is less predictable and reliable.

A lot of people are okay with destroying the planet for something that doesn't work reliably and most people do not want.

Anyone with at least two working brain cells should have become anti-LLM and anti-chatbot the instant they understood the concept of hallucinations.

I'm not using any LLM or "AI" for anything that I write or draw. Never had, and never will.

I'm making this choice because:

• This technology was built by unethically stealing the hard work of millions without any consent or compensation.

• This technology has and is still constantly scraping data, including personal data, from people without their knowledge or consent, in complete disregard of the privacy laws we have to protect us.

• This technology unnecessarily uses vast amounts of energy in a world where using more energy sadly usually means more pollution.

• This technology is working on devaluating labor in order to enrich even more the already rich, aggravating poverty everywhere.

• This technology is misleadingly being sold as a solution to problems it cannot solve.

• This technology is supercharging disinformation and manipulation online, centralizing an incredible power of influence in the hands of a few controlling billionaires.

• This technology is increasingly being used by authoritarian governments in order to surveil and control the people.

• This technology atrophies our creativity and capability to think, as well as harming our social relationships.

• This technology makes my writing voice feel flat and boring. I'd rather learn to live with my human tipos.

RF100-500、ちょい引いて400mmだとF6.3でシャッター切れるのよね
300mmならF5.6
もちろん明るく無いことに変わりはないのだけれど、近間の場合はT端500mmに固執せずサッと引いてその分SS上げてしまった方が良い場合も多い
ここが単と違うズームの使いこなしでもあるかも

En vrai ce qui me fait peur c’est pas les fachos. Je veux dire, si on prend un peu de recul, iels ont apparemment réussi à mobiliser à peine 3 200 personnes à Lyon, malgré l’énorme tapage médiatique favorable, désolé mais c’est pas grand chose.
Et il me semble que c’était la principale manif aujourd’hui.

À titre de comparaison, j’ai juste regardé viteuf la dernière « grosse manif » de gauche, le mouvement « bloquons tout », qui a pourtant fait pscht comme vous le savez, ben rien qu’à Lyon c’était apparemment quelque chose comme 8 000 personnes. Et c’était un truc national hein, y avait des manifs dans tout le pays !

Donc l’extrême-droite est peut-être bien loin d’être aussi nombreuse qu’on essaye de nous le faire croire. Ça veut pas dire qu’elle serait pas dangereuse hein, mais on est clairement beaucoup plus nombreux·ses et si on était organisé·e·s et structuré·e·s efficacement on aurait pas grand chose à craindre !
Non, ce qui me fait peur, c’est la complicité des institutions.
Parce qu’avec les moyens de l’État, c’est pas du tout la même chose, et oui l’extrême-droite au pouvoir est un danger mortel. 😬
