Even ignoring the ick factor prices have gone way up and I should really just sit down some weekend and move...

fraid so. i would prefer to avoid it, but it seemed nessesary. i had an older version of it that was using the js primitives from the browser, but the issue there was that crypto primitives were not always provided by the browsers and different browsers have their only roadmap for supporting it.
so rust to wasm was a reliable way to get the crypto primitives needed. that was how it was done on several other projects including the official signal one.

We will be regressing from personal computers towards mainframes and timeshare, and thence to sharecropping and feudalism under #billionaire overlords, possibly with a return to #slavery.
The incredible thing about this situation btw is many large/medium sized businesses will take the view 'okay, we need to offset the massive costs by.. implementing GenAI to save money'. So they'll buy GenAI tools, that they never get any real benefit from, because the same orgs that caused the inflation told them it's the solution to cancer and the world's most powerful weapon etc.
It's a big self licking ice cream cone, where everybody loses.. except the AI techbros.

2. 따라서 이는 (주민등록을 한다는 가정 하) 주택임대차법의 보호를 받음.
3. 주택임대차법 제6조에 따라 계약갱신권을 행사하면 (행사할 수 있다는 조건하에) 동일 조건으로 2년간 추가적으로 거주할 수 있음. 임차인으로서는 임대인의 임료 상승 요구를 받아들일 필요가 없음 (2년 이후에도 같은 곳에 거주할 생각이 있다면 관계 유지상 가능)
