사법부의 법관들이 정치를 너무 우습게 알고 있는 것 같다. 법복입고 높은 자리에 앉아서 판단만 내리는 일을 하니 세상에 대해서 제대로 알고 있질 못하는 거겠지. 재판정 안에서 법률에 대한 판단 문제라면 사법부의 판관들이 전문가라 할 수 있겠지만, 현 상황은 조희대 대법원장을 중심으로 한 판사 무리들이 정치 한복판에 뛰어든 셈이다. 그리고 정치판에서는 재판정 내에서의 전문성은 필요 없고, 정치꾼들의 규칙이 동작하는 곳이다.
계속 국민을 지켜야 한다며 사법 개혁 거부하는 판사들을 보니 참 일 못한다는 생각마저 든다. 그냥 그 탑 안에서 개혁 당하면서 여러분들이 했어야 하는 일들이나 제대로 하기 위해 노력해라 라는 말을 하고 싶다.

free software folks: what design/org patterns are there for publishing community software to mainstream app stores these days?
eg, is there an umbrella org/institution that publishes free software apps to the app stores, on behalf of community projects?
could be an org like ASF.
I'm not asking about alternative app stores, or alternative mobile OS. i'm asking about Google Play Store and Apple App Store for mainstream users with un-modified/un-configured devices.
One thing I’m curious about with LLMs producing code is what it’ll do to programming languages. While we as a community like to believe we’re a pretty forward looking bunch in reality we’re really quite conservative. With good reason! Code is in text files we stich together with a compiler and build rules. We assume POSIX style APIs and environments. We’ve seen interesting alternatives (Smalltalk, Lisp Machines, etc) but we stick to what we know. I sort of fear LLM use will further cement that.

把街拍素材拿來用 Davinci Resolve 做調色練習，以前都直接用一個 Adjustment layer 直接蓋上去拉亮度對比，超懶的！
這次找了一些教學，才發現之前都是憑感覺亂調，應該先還原色彩空間，看著波形圖調會比較知道自己在幹什麼，然後因為素材拍得很瑣碎，設定沒有調好，像LED的閃爍就很難後處理
總之調色真的學問好多，看別人對比調得超高顏色又有質感，真的不只是濾鏡而已

When we were knee-deep in iOS 7, our clients requested app icons that fit that aesthetic. You know, symbolic icons. Flat. Few colors.
But over the years, our clients gradually started asking for more illustrative icons. I think a lot of that is because people hire us to make something that everyone else can’t make. They want something that’s unique. And when every app icon is a glyph, it’s harder to be unique.
Which is good news for us, because we love doing it.
