one of my favorite things on fedi is seeing an enormous infodump that is almost totally incomprehensible to me, where someone is just pouring out their heart about a topic that they love, in some gigantic thread of intense nerdery. sometimes I see people post self-consciously as if they feel like they shouldn't be filling up people's timelines with their special interest but I just want to say as a blanket statement, go for it. even if I can't quite understand the facts, the energy is sublime

그런데 그게 어느 순간 행동 양식이 이해가 됨. 부족해 보였던 퍼즐이 어느 순간 맞춰지기 때문임. 그 퍼즐의 마지막 조각은 바로 당신. 그 이야기를 읽으며 알 수 없는 슬픔과 위로를 느끼는 당신임. 그리고 당신은 세상으로부터 이상하다, 서투르다, 내성적이다, 뭐뭐가 아니다, 부족하다라는 곱지 않은 시선부터 심하게는 무능하다, 저능하다, 등신이다. 같은 멸시까지 받았은 경험이 있었으리라 생각함. 테네브로즈의 말도 안되는 논리에, 그런 조카와 귀 물어뜯으며 싸우는 벤트레스와, 인간 말종짓을 하는 나트람과 그 일기를 품는 누군가에.

이 영상을 보고 있는데, 대부분의 웹소설들이 그렇지만 오직 하나. 오직 단 하나 <계약직 신으로 살아가는 법> 만큼은 그렇지 않았음.
아니, 인물들의 배경과 내적 동기와 그에 따른 행동양식이 다 있음. 있는데 표면적으로 진행되는 이야기만 따라가다보면 뭔가 아귀가 안맞는 것 처럼 보임.
특히 요정들 이야기로 넘어가면 굉장히 힘들어짐. 어떤 인물은 표면을 아무리 훑더라도 뭐가 안나옴. 행동 양식 자체가 설명이 힘듦. 여기서 말하는 하면 안된다는 "그냥 그래." 처럼 보일 수 있음.
그래서 소설 쓸 때는 논리 구조를 탄탄하게 짜야 합니다
