베트남 현지 법무법인과 협의하러 다녀온 직원에게 이러쿵 저러쿵 베트남 법과 제도에 대해 잔소리 하길래 뭔소린가 들어봤더니

실제로 조사한게 아니라 자기가 20년전에 중국에서 사업을 해봤는데 베트남이 공산국가이고 중국을 따라서 발전중이라 중국이랑 제도가 비슷할거라면서 현지 법무법인이 말한게 잘못 되었을거라는 논리였음.

2/3 On , the position of EU member states is to have rules which would force most or all private message services to check people's ID documents before being able to use them.

🚫 This would not keep anyone safe, but could have serious negative consequences on everyone's free expression and right to private communications.

The Parliament needs to prioritise making sure that the final text on the safeguards uses of age verification and doesn't make them mandatory.

문득 로봇 3원칙에 대해 생각해 봤는데, 요즘 실제로 "인공지능"으로서 구현되는 모습을 보고 있자니 과연 그게 엄격한 의미로 구현 가능하기나 할지에 대해 약간 회의감이 든다. 가령 제1원칙인 "로봇은 인간에게 해를 입혀서는 안 된다" 의 경우에, 일단 누가 인간인지, 그에게 해가 되는 행위가 무엇인지를 제대로 인식해야 이 규칙의 준수가 가능한데, 거기서부터 확실성을 장담할 수가 없지 않나 싶다. 입력이 정확할 수 없다면 아무리 강고한 논리도 무용지물이니.

읍내에서 돌아다니는 어떤 글을 보니 내가 다니는 블랙회사가 AI 도입으로 사람 잘랐다고 하던데;; 아니여... 돈이 없어서 지금 쥐어짜기 하는건데 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그냥 매출이 예전처럼 잘 안나오고 비용이 비싸지고 다른 회사 집어삼키고 (먼산) 사업 전환하려고 하다보니 그렇게 된듯한데 AI 탓이 아니여... 오히려 AI 도입하려고 일벌리다보니 지금은 투자가 더 들어가는거 같긴하던데;;
