When I talk to LLMs, I find myself preferring short answers. I'll add "Just give me the list without explanation" or "One sentence answer" at the end of my prompt. Do other people do this? Do you prefer conversational answers? Do you read the answer or have it spoken to you?

Regarding the Proton controversy: If you need private communications you should be avoiding email at all costs. SMTP, the standard that lets email clients interoperate, make it impossible to encrypt the metadata at all. This isn't the first time Proton has been forced to hand this data over by their government (Not the FBI), and it won't be the last.

睡眠困擾建議：
1. 早上起床先照光，調整生理時鐘。
2. 每天運動30分鐘以上。
3. 如果假日要補眠，和平日起床時間不要差超過2小時(如果平日6點起，假日最晚8點起床)。
4. 如果半夜早醒後睡不著，離開床鋪做腹式呼吸，直到產生睡意。
5. 小睡不要超過1小時。
6. 下午3點後不要碰咖啡、茶、可樂。
工作適應困擾建議：
1. 試著了解自己不那麼喜歡的同事，甚至可以在撞見衝突時，試著接住他的情緒(這需要練習，可以在心中默念來練習)，同理是改變的第一步。
2. 就算在公共圖書館做基層，也是有可以實現理想的機會，可以把想做的事都列出來，看有沒有辦法從小事做起(主動幫助障礙讀者、辦推廣活動等)，減少自己因為理想與現實的落差而無望的感覺。
實踐以上建議時，要注意自己的身心狀況，以自己的節奏慢慢來！
總之半小時的談話，給出的建議我都蠻認同的，有的建議其實我一直都有在做。我再看看10月要不要再談一次！
