朝起きられないので、QRコードをかざさないと止まらないアラームのアプリを使い、QRコードをベッドから離れた位置に置くことで無理やりベッドから出ていたのですが、最近になってベッドの中でスマホをシャットダウンすることでそのまま二度寝できるスキルを身につけました
