Mass surveillance and censorship are escalating in many countries right now. There is a global attack on secure encrypted communication. Often, authorities, politicians, and tech companies work together to push for new laws. One example: when Ashton Kutcher (yes, the actor), through his tech company Thorn, tried to introduce total surveillance of all EU citizens through undemocratic and corrupt methods.

If you don't want to edit /etc/rc.conf directly, use sysrc(8) to add and remove entries.
Use "sysrc name=value" to add an entry and "sysrc -x name" to delete an entry.

Big news for Mastodon GmbH. They have formally joined the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

If you’re not in the design/tech world, trust me when I say this is a big step for the fediverse. The W3C establishes the standards used for the internet.

Your helpful human expert staff who quickly understand my slightly uncommon need and your offerings...

Your competitor who offers one of the above.

Long before vibe coding, one of my managers created a PR. It was awful, but none us wanted to review it, because he was from our manager, and had a bit of a temper. It sat there un-reviewed for months until he handed it off to a coop student to finish. I can't remember if it ever got merged. I left not long after.
