오늘 아침 손솔 의원실에서 주최한 구글, 애플 등의 불법 인앱결제 수수료 피해자 간담회에 토론자로 참석했습니다. 수수료가 소비자에게 전가되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 앱 마켓에 경쟁이 필요하며, 그것이 소비자가 다양한 게임을 즐길 수 있는 실질적 이득이 될 것임을 말씀드렸습니다. 제가 소비자의 입장에서 잘 해결되었을 때 소비자가 얻게 될 이익에 대해 말한 반면, 간담회에 참여한 주요 업계 분들께선 플랫폼의 기만적 수수료 인하, 법을 비웃는 제3자결제 수수료 등을 짚어주셨습니다. 실재하는 고통을 확인하고 한없이 겸손해지는 자리였습니다.

Ist das großartig! Bereits mehr als 3.300 Einträge in Österreich beim Haltestellen-Check! Und es gibt sicher noch mehr Haltestellen mit Mängeln, einfach hier map.vcoe.at/ melden und eintragen, zB mangelnder Witterungsschutz, keine Sitzgelegenheit, kein sicherer Straßenübergang zur Haltestelle. Wir sammeln die Einträge und leiten sie an die zuständige Stelle weiter.

Domain-Änderungen wegen NIS2

Nur als Info: wenn Ihr Domains haltet, werdet Ihr Euch in Zukunft wohl deutlich nackiger machen müssen.

Die ersten Registrare (derzeit nur im Ausland) verlangen eine Farbkopie des Ausweises (bei Firmen muss die Person auch im Handelsregister stehen).

Das DE-NIC ist gerade dabei nachzuziehen ...

Details sind derzeit noch unklar, wie es genau für .de-Domains gehandhabt wird. Aber die Ankündigungen, die ich sehe, klingen nicht gut.

If it is "nuts" to dismiss this experience, then it would be "nuts" to dismiss mine: I have seen many, many high profile people in tech, who I have respect for, take *absolutely unhinged* risks with LLM technology that they have never, in decades-long careers, taken with any other tool or technology. It reads like a kind of cognitive decline. It's scary. And many of these people are *leaders* who use their influence to steamroll objections to these tools because they're "obviously" so good

V japonském městě Ósaka se v noci na středu ze silnice vysunula ocelová roura o průměru tři a půl metru. Nad vozovkou se tyčila třináct metrů. Incident se obešel bez zranění, způsobil ale komplikace v dopravě. Přesnou příčinu vyšetřují úřady – na místě probíhá výstavba systému na odvod dešťové vody. Hasiči trubku napustili vodou, čímž ji částečně zatlačili zpátky do země. Zbytek roury plánují uříznout.

job search, linux, please boost

Hi,
I am looking for a job mostly within DACH .
I am an experienced Linux operating system software developer, having worked on the SUSE Linux Distributions, NixOS and custom Yocto Images for embedded devices.
I am comfortable with C, C++, Python, Go and Rust and I can work on any area of a Linux operating system.
At SUSE I also debugged a variety of kernel issues and even wrote / ported downstream patches for SUSE Linux.
At my Embedded Job I worked with i.MX-based hardware on more higher level issues to aid with the development of a BL.
