12/x - But most of this comes back to Apple's use of "Protective Orders," & the local court's systemic refusal to comply with the US & Cal Constitution, Federal Rules, & Supreme Court requirements for issuing these POs. That's a single pt of failure!
Thats why I filed a rulemaking petition to the #USCourts last month asking the Rules Committee to consider formally revising the Rules of Civil Procedure #FRCP to prohibit what Apple & the court are doing with these POs

13/x - Finally, if Apple manages to get a court order enforced against me with Apple's latest illegal NDA, I'll appeal to Ninth Circuit (who hates gag orders), & I'll have an opportunity to get a binding appellate decision that clarifies 1) courts cannot issue these Protective Orders just because big biz asks for one 2) there's a reason a full hearing and First Amendment analysis is required & 3) courts cannot use POs to nullify statutes providing affirmative rights (NLRA etc) to workers.

I was messing about during the F1 this morning seeing how far I could conceivably get with Codex controlling my Unifi stuff.
Talking to software is the future, the new UI paradigm, I'm fairly convinced of that. We're in this uncanny valley - a bit like we are with "driverless" cars - where we are asking AI systems to control systems (drive a car) like a human would.
Unifi is an interesting example here because many of the administrative tasks are not exposed via an API (this is sad). So you have to play clickops to do it.
So using Playwright, I had codex create a skill for itself that could monitor and configure my WiFi channels on my 3 APs and notify of any issues. It took about 45 mins end to end but now I have piece of bespoke software that does exactly what I need it to do.
So, I ask you. What are software companies going to be doing in a few years time? Things are going to look real different.
