탄핵을 촉구하고 내란을 규탄하는 게시물에도 ‘○○’는 어김없이 등장했다. “내란수괴를 그대로 놔두는 게 나라를 ○○처럼 만드는 길”, “○○ 사주받은 반국가세력이 이제 법원까지 침입하네”. 탄핵 반대 측이 상대를 중국인으로 낙인찍을 때, 탄핵 촉구 측도 같은 언어로 되받아쳤다. 정치적 입장은 정반대였지만, 중국인을 혐오하는 문법만은 공유했다.

I sometimes listen to the early 80s group Pylon, an influential band that disbanded long ago.
They just released a new single, according to Spotify, Youtube, and Google.
The song sounds nothing like Pylon. Nor does it sound like the religious Indonesian artist the Youtube uploader tagged.
Perhaps all three services are now copying each other’s bamboozlement. Google’s AI summary goes haywire, conflating the band with the bird of the same name, because the song title contains “nature”

PHP asks you to fiddle with runtime configuration more than any other language, it seems to me. I don't remember needing to mess with ruby, node, or python ini files for a web app but I've hit many issues where php.ini needed changes. I suppose this is also true of our Java app.
Is this an artifact of older web software stacks? Or is it a PHP design choice? It's so normalized it only just occurred to me other languages don't need this kind of attention.

I haven't seen a lot of discourse on how to talk productively about COVID risk, I've mostly seen the relationship tension from disagreements and the corporate shill angle (i.e. gaslighting about the risk itself).
