6. 또한 지금 이란전쟁의 최대 변수이며 또라이인 이스라엘이 우리 주변에는 없음. 이스라엘이 북한을 직접적으로 타격하거나 테러할 명분도 없고. 물론 그 인간 백정놈들이 언제 명분이 있어서 전쟁했냐만, 그래도 자기변명은 필요한법. 그러니 굳이 그 변명거리를 찾자면 이란에 핵기술, 미사일 기술, 드론기술 공유 이런것일 텐데, 그렇다고 북한과 전쟁하기에는 중동지역도 제코가 석자인 상태라. 거기다가 앞서 말했지만 북한은 중국과 동맹, 러시아와 군사조약을 맺어서 북한을 때리면 두 나라가 이스라엘에 상응하는 조치를 하게 됨.

4. 물론 북한의 공습에 중국과 러시아가 얼마나 화답할지는 미지수. 미국의 기행을 통해 반사이익을 얻고있는 두 나라라, 그 기행이 계속되길 바라는 것도 사실이지만 막상 자신 앞마당이 기행의 장소가 되면 어떤 상황이 될지 알 수 없는 것. 5. 다만 개인적으로는 러시아가 미국과 사실상의 밀월관계라 이런 사태가 임박할 시 러시아 쪽에서 먼저 미국에 북한과의 외교적 협상다리를 놓아줄 가능성이 있다고 생각. 운이 좋다면 이걸 계기로 북한과 미국의 협상길이 열리고, 러시아는 그 중재자로 제재완화를 기대할법도 함.

2. 게다가 북한은 중국과 동맹관계이고, 러시아와는 우크라이나전쟁이 진행되면서 상호군사조약을 맺은 상태. 만약 북한이 공습을 받는다면 두 나라는 그에 상응하는 조치를 해야함. 이는 달리 이야기하면 미중러의 전면전이 될 수 있다는 것. 3. 다만 최악의 경우, 미국이 선제 공습을 한 뒤 그 뒤의 군사적 충돌은 한, 일 양국에 떠넘겨버리는 건데, 이게 제일 복잡한 상황. 현재 이란/미국과 같은 상황에 빠질 수 있음. 확전을 막기위해 접촉을 하면, 다른 동맹이 공습해서 판을 엎는.

미국이 북한을 공습할 가능성이 없는건 아니지만, 북한의 경우는 상황이 좀 복잡함. 1. 우선 미국이 이란 전쟁에 얼마나 끌려갈지가 관건. 왜 끌고가냐가 아니라 끌려간다고 말하냐면 이미 이란전쟁은 미국의 통제 범위를 넘었기 때문. 미국이 협상을 하려해도 이스라엘이 재뿌리고 그럼 이란은 보복하며 악순환이 반복. 현재 미국 무기 재고량 등을 감안할 때 이란 전쟁의 출구전략이 보여야 다른 곳과 전쟁을 해도 할텐데, 그럴 가능성은 낮아보임.

Publishing projects to PyPI without a source distribution, links to a source codebase, or other indications of "what might be in this binary package"? is definitely a smell to me when I'm evaluating which projects I want to rely upon.

So many projects advertise an #OpenSource License like MIT and Apache-2.0 and do not supply any sources in the "obvious" spots.
