관점에 동의하고, 모델과 학습 데이터의 민주화를 어떻게 이룰 것인가에 대한 현실적인 부분을 좀 더 고민한다면 결국 국가나 국가들의 연합체이 주도하는 방향이 되지 않을까 싶다. 소프트웨어는 컴퓨터만 있으면 온전히 개인의 역량만으로 접근할 수 있지만 LLM은 특히 초대형 자본의 각축장이라 풀뿌리로 접근할 수 있는 길이 잘 보이지 않는 것 같다.
