▌開心&不開心

我很常讓孩子練習情緒畫。

孩子在畫情緒畫的時候，心靈能量會開始移動，往內在去尋找符合的心象。你會看見他們從一開始的排斥，慢慢一點一點尋找到朦朧的感覺，邊畫邊描述出來。

(Of course there is always a conversation that needs to happen about the outcome: Flying for shits and giggles or flying to meet a dying relative for a last time have the same CO2 footprint but are not the same. Big takeaway: many job listings have expectations for soft skills (communications, problem solving, writing) which don't appear on job seeker profiles. It might be a fast way to get your profile to the top of the list!
