Accidently left my lenovo laptop unplugged while downloading last night. Today when turned on it didn't boot, just went to bios boot options, selecting openbsd and nothing happened.

I thought the hard disk was corrupted but it turn out if the battery runs out the bios will stupidly enable secure boot. What a crappy default. Anyway disabled secure boot once again and laptop boots just fine.

2700 feet high in the San Gabriels, in a gravel lot near the intersection of two mountain roads you will find a couple old picnic tables: this is Bear Divide Vista Picnic Area. Nine years ago, humans discovered that as many as 20,000 birds a day fly through this notch during spring migration. This Western Tanager rests for a few seconds before continuing his journey from Central America to Northern Canada.

I've always loved Kitsune masks and the other day I realized my logo has the basic architecture of one. So this weekend I tried to turn my logo into one. Still needs work, but I think I'm on to something! Would be cool to have a nice kitsune version of my logo and then a mascot/character as well.

I also realized the kanji for Kitsune kind of has the shapes of an M and J too! 😅

Screenshot of my MJ logo in Affinity Designer showing the transformation into a Kitsune mask. Left logo is my logo, middle shows the kitsune mask with rigid lines of the fox face based on my logo architecture, and then a more rounded version on the right.
