温マが「紛れ込んだ知らないやつ」かどうかは知らんけど(そう思っている人はいなかったとおもう)、ご飯たべるときに紹介してるし instagram も認知しているわけだし、「一緒にいた知らない人」ってオマケみたいに言われても...。 ちなみに郷くんは nobi に来る前に温マ動画を見てきているし、「あれおもしろかったですよ」って温マさんに言っているのであった。

和小小孩聊情緒，我會把抽象的感覺擬人化，讓他們有投射的對象。
「每個人裡面都住了一個小孩喔！」
「真的嗎？我看不到，要怎麼知道？」
「你生氣難過的時候是不是感覺這裡（心）不舒服？」
「嗯…對！」
「那就是囉！你心裡的小孩也跟你一樣不開心」
「那怎麼辦？」
「你要安慰他啊！」
「什麼是安慰？」
「你生氣難過的時候，是不是很希望別人跟你說一些話或抱你一下，讓你不要那麼難過？」
「對！」孩子想了一下。
「那就是安慰」
「可是我又抱不到他…」
「你可以抱自己呀，他感覺得到喔！」
「我還可以跟他說話」
「對！沒錯」
我抱著自己、拍拍自己示範：
「我知道你生氣，我知道你難過，沒關係，沒關係，我會陪你。」
然後讓孩子想像自己的內在小孩，讓他們畫下來。

下午工作時按慣例一邊聽些固定收聽的頻道，
今天我真的覺得一切事物的變化讓我起雞皮疙瘩，
其實也正好在這兩天我從這一波地獄裡出來了，
呼吸節奏恢復了八成，藥也不用每天吃，
我明確感覺自己準備好了。
於是就說時遲那時快，宇宙的飛鴿傳書立刻到，還連戲！
大致上是對我加強一些剛長出來的信念，
對我腦裡那些似是而非的事說：好了不要懷疑，就是這樣！再猶豫我要敲你頭了 
我其實一共收到了三個重要訊息，
(有一個是來自唐國師)
但這邊先只分享一個，
因為我覺得可能可以幫助到其他人。
很訝異關注心理學這麼久但我第一次聽到「冒牌者現象」，
聽完她的解說後，
我對於過往看待自卑、無價值感、完美主義、不安全感、過度努力、拖延症…等，
都增加了新的認知，
雖然原本就已經有概念，
但這個新名詞再長出了別的視角。
周慕姿是我很喜歡的一位心理師，
她的說明方式很好懂，
而且呢，她以前是玩團的，
所以她訪鄭宜農那一集很會XD
