이란의 거대한 국토 크기를 생각하면, 서울이 위험해져서 몽골로 대피한다는 정도의 이야기다. 현지에 꾸려놓은 삶의 터전과 계획된 일정을 다 남겨두고 거기서도 다시 머나먼 제삼국으로 이동해야 하는 처지를 문득 상상하게 되었다. 대피는 안전을 의미할지는 몰라도 절대 안심이 될 수 없을 것인데. 전쟁은 반드시 모두에게 해롭다.

@mastodonmigration When was it settled? Bridgy launched with the "opt out" model beloved by scummy techbros, it was changed to opt-in after extreme pushback. It's not surprising that Bridgy is once again ignoring individual consent, because the people behind things like this really don't understand the concept.
Personally, I'm glad to be on a server that defederated with Bridgy as soon as it launched.
It's just so frustrating that everytime you turn around someone is trying to sign you up for something you don't want. Just keep your hands off. If we want to go to Bluesky we know how to do it.

I've fallen down another rabbit hole, this time with the excellent BSSG from 
@stefanoStefano Marinelli.
My existing blog is a static site, created using Hugo, but it always feels like customising any part (like switching to a full text rss feed) which claims to be simple but at least for me never is. I've tried more than once and it fails every time, so I gave up. In BSSG, there's a single line in the config file that enables it and it worked first time.
I'm still at the experimenting stage so there's nothing public, plus importing around 80 posts from my currently blog will take some time, and some cleanup looking at the first couple I have tested, but it looks like it's going to be a worthwhile task.

BSSG is a simple, performant static site generator written in Bash. It processes Markdown/HTML, supports themes, i18n, customizable URLs, caching, parallel builds, integrated development server, visual post editor, and generates SEO-friendly sites for journals and blogs.

Eigentlich sollte der Hersteller ArcelorMittal beim klimafreundlichen Umbau der Stahlindustrie in Deutschland vorangehen - mit finanzieller Hilfe aus der Politik. Nun will der Konzern die Pläne vorerst nicht weiterverfolgen.

2024年発行の日本人向け技術書に「とほほのWWW入門」内のページが参考として書かれていて、試しにアクセスするとちゃんと新しめの技術内容が反映されていて最終更新が今年の日付になってる。
