今日(というか昨日)、小平に去年できたアートスタジオ THE BASES のオープンスタジオやっていたので行ってきたけど、めちゃくちゃいいところだった。スーパー跡地でけっこう広く、彫刻とか陶芸とかデカい装備が必要な人達が入っている。スタジオ内で TABLESというカフェもやっている(だいたい土日はやっているらしい)。TABLESという名前の由来は、もとが壁にVEGETABLESという文字があって(スーパーなので)、TABLESだけ見えていたから。nobiも近くなので、一緒になにかやりたいですねという雑談をしてきた。 https://www.instagram.com/the_bases1015/

I recommend:
1. Buy music from Bandcamp, 7digital, iTunes, or Amazon
2. Sync with Plex (requires home server + sub) or iTunes Match (cheap sub)
3. Backup with something like Backblaze or Arq

i hate that this is the first time i actually think the US system has advantages over Canada's, and yeah i know it's only if you have money, but for once it's my US friends being like "you should just get a new doctor" or "find a GI specialist and go to them" and I'm like, I can't, I need a referral, I can't just go to whoever I want that can help me
also if anybody knows a specific internal medicine doctor in the Toronto area that has a specialty in like motility issues or mysterious gut ailments or believes in SIBO or just enjoys solving weird cases, please tell me because I can tell my doctor to refer me to them specifically
