Generative AI output has passed the point of being distinguishable, and I’m saying that as someone fairly in the know. I can no longer discern AI content generated by cutting-edge models from other media.
Here are some thoughts regarding that.

Hospital comentary, day 20, upper endoscopy
Well, I had an upper endoscopy while awake and it was fucking traumatic. I experienced everything in real time but the medication they gave me affected my short term memory so it sorta felt like time was skipping forwards.
The throat numbing spray they gave me burned. They asked me to swallow it and it could do it the first time but on the second time they started spraying me I had lost my ability to swallow so then they knew it was working. It was artificial banana flavour.
There were some points where it felt like I was choking perhaps that was my gag reflex coming back? Some points I could feel what they were doing so I know they had to increase the dose of the pain killer and sedative, I'm really glad they did.
I struggle to swallow at the moment, my throat and my tummy hurts so I think I will only ask for really soft foods today...
I can't stomach a full hot meal at the moment.

很長一段時間依賴社群媒體運算推播看文章，以為這樣的特性能增加閱讀廣度，但後來我發現運算的關係，這樣的期待是落空的。而且當我想再深入閱讀，也完全找不到來源（一開始會去標記，但標記太多也等於沒標記XD），閱讀閱出了空虛感，對被運算推播這件事也益發感到疲累與厭煩，甚至不想打開社群媒體。
結果還是跑回類Bolog與新聞報的媒體上找文章，也不是說社群媒體的運算推播沒有它的功效，就個人的閱讀習慣吧，我比較喜歡保有閱讀的自主性與節奏，慢慢的、好好的不被打擾（沒有留言與運算推播）的閱讀環境。
BIOS monthly 是有明確類型，文章產出節奏剛剛好的文章型媒體。他們的企劃、專訪、編輯風格我都蠻喜歡的，有興趣的朋友可以看看。
