Been working all year towards a fitness goal, and today hit a significant milestone: 50 push ups.
Slow, measurable progress has been the key. I do them every day, each week adding one more rep.
(Also doing other exercises, but that's the daily one.)
The benefits have not included weight loss, but my stamina, core strength, and arm strength have improved dramatically over the year. I appreciate feeling like I can do anything I want to do, physically, again.

않이 호주 인터넷 즨챠 너무하네 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어제 밤새 업로드해도 못 올라간 유튭 편집용 동영상 원본(8기가짜리)을 사무실 나와서 10분도 안 걸려서 올렸음.
집 인터넷도 나름 NBN이라곸ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 평소에 쓰는 건 아무 상관 없지만, 이렇게 큰 파일 업로드 해야 하는 상황이면 사무실 나와야 하는 거 실화냐;;;
업로드 다운로드 편차 너무 심한 거 아니냐고... 뭐 이맛에 호주 사는 거다마는...

I started reading the book: Beginning Game Audio Programming by Mason McCuskey (2003). A fact that I didn't know about: the 74-minute length of the first audio CDs was specifically designed to fit Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. A composer who died several hundred years ago had such a great influence on the formation of one of the most ubiquitous parts of audio technology. I thought it was the adult film industry that influenced this.

Nearing my end of day 3 of the #7dfps #gamejam. Got the core gameplay mechanics going. The weapon has two chambers, load one of two colors in each, only hurtful to the same colored enemy. I had a similar #mechanics in an older game of mine but it works better here.
Started experimenting with gl lines for #explosions. Its getting to that point where I'm playing the game more than I'm coding it, which is exactly where I want to be.

네이버 카페의 비디오테이프 취미에서 유명한 분이 자신의 집 모습을 네이버 카페에 올린적이 있었는데, 아주 허름한 집에 비디오테이프가 도배되어 있으며, 국산 29인치 브라운관 TV로 오래된 (버블경제 전후?) 일본 아이돌 영상을 시청하는 모습이었습니다. 
Yay! My #Mastodon trifecta is now complete! My blue & orange (is it orange‽) #Plushtodon came in last night, & I opened it yesterday, but I was too tired to post about it as I just got off work.
But yes, I am excited that the two smaller Plushes arrived! Thanks

Also…we need more #ActivityPub apps to create real world wearables or plushies, as they are great conversation starters for folks who are not familiar with the #Fediverse.
