You can probably use Firefox Sync on all of these. I just started using @librewolf@chaos.social, and it was available behind an about:config setting (look for fxaccounts, I believe).

And if you don't want to use Mozilla's servers, there may be third-party alternatives, and you'd just have to change the server address (also in about:config).

I even remember seeing a self-hosting option for Firefox Sync years ago. I don't know if it's still around.

Saddened to hear of the passing of computer graphics luminary Loren Carpenter. I was lucky to have worked with Loren as part of the RenderMan team at Pixar, and benefitted enormously from his kindness and wisdom, especially in the early days. The respect and patience that he showed me in my junior days meant a lot to me.

霧ヶ峰高原にて
ダイヤモンドダストの撮影に行ってました。たぶん成功してる？
正直今回の条件では出現しないんじゃないかと半分諦めモードで来ていたので来た甲斐がありました。​​
ダイヤモンドダストの条件は、
・晴れ（厳密には強い光が自分のところまで差してくれる環境）
・気温−10℃以下
・ほぼ無風であること
・高い湿度（たぶんこれが一番重要、90％以上あると見れる可能性が高いらしい）
これらが大まかな条件みたいですよ。北海道はそこそこ出現するみたいです。​​は​​​​

今回の撮影ではサンピラーの出現は確認できなかったので、次回以降はこの現象の撮影を目標にするとしましょう。

It seems I will have to move to different Fediverse software. This sounds too similar to statements of Russian MFA.

If Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen of Denmark wants the US to bomb Nuuk and abduct the Greenland government, I recommend continuing the European line of Trump appeasement.

Alternatively, now would be a good time to condemn Trump’s new war with Venezuela and mobilize an international coalition for the defence of Greenland.
