The risk of network disconnect not through outages but through political influence changes the picture. And that risk is (to me) now at a level of probability that backup plans must be considered. @xdej @signalappSignal

I have a friend who's been trying to get on Mastodon but tells me that it doesn't seem to play well with screen readers. I know there are plenty of people on the fedi who do use screen readers, but I have no experience with them myself, so I can't really direct him.
Can someone who does use a #ScreenReader point me in the direction of some resources that might be useful?

초예술 토머슨은 책등이 그대로 노출되어 있고 그 위에 책 제목을 인쇄한 방식. 이렇게 책등 노출시키는 방식을 일본에서는 コデックス装라고 하는데 이전에는 그렇게 유명한 방식이 아니라 용어도 널리 쓰이지 않았다는 듯.

Had a look at "multi-agent coding" today.
Apparently, the first step is signing up for the premium plans from OpenAI, Anthropic AND Google. So that's £50 to £500 a month. Then installing a massive pile of NodeJS to coordinate it all.
A few years ago, we were all celebrating how computing had gotten cheap: RasPi Zeros for a tenner, old HP workstations or ThinkPads on eBay for £100.
Having to pay three different landlords to build software seems like an incredibly shit vision of the future.

Writing a new fediverse platform from scratch along with mobile apps and a project website in 5 months did teach me a few things.
The most important one: never give up.
Despite a barrage of criticism and campaigns against me, I focused on building a solid foundation.
Every point proved wrong, with a fully open and federated platform, just goes to show that you can really do ANYTHING.
Don't let anyone stop you from achieving your dreams.

특히 아무 짝에도 쓸모 없는 계단을 (순수미술처럼 존재 자체에 의미가 있다고 하여)'순수 계단'이라고 부른 점이 좋았어요. 그러고보니 판교에도 유명한 순수 육교가 있다고 하죠. 실제로 도시를 산책하다 보면 이런 토머슨을 얼마나 많이 발견할 수 있을지 궁금해지는데, 아마 그처럼 일상의 구석구석에 조금 더 예술적인 시선을 기울이게 해준다는 점이 '토머슨'이라는 개념의 가치가 아닐까 싶어요. 저자는 나중에 토머슨 개념을 한층 발전시켜 '노상관찰학'이라는 도시예술 분야를 창설하기에 이른 모양인데, 『노상관찰학 입문』도 같은 출판사에서 번역되어 나와 있으니 나중에 한 번 읽어봐야겠습니다.
아, 제본이 정말 신기한 책이기도 합니다. 책등을 덮지 않고 그대로 드러냈다고나 할까요. 이런 제본은 처음 봤는데, 업계에서 부르는 용어가 있겠지요? 아무튼 제목이 살짝 삐뚤빼뚤하게 된 점이 멋져서 그 점도 마음에 들었답니다.
