Friend is asking me for my professional opinions (to publish) on 2026 predictions for our profession.
So I wrote a blurb on how AI is going to crash everything and we're going to be retooling over and over again, if we still have jobs.
A little too depressing to hit send. *sigh*
UNMASK ICE. All ‘law’ enforcement should be prohibited from masking and their names & addresses, biometrics registered with local municipal and state governments. Just masking while doing what they do should be grounds for arrest.
There must be recourse for victims of their abuse.
That said, people protesting *should* be masking for covid & their identity protection as best as possible.

I wrote the first Pixelfed mobile app using NativeBase, then it was deprecated a few months later.
Then I rewrote the app using Tamagui and it supports multiple themes, but doesn't have the best DX.
For the new Loops app, I'm using tailwind + twrnc. It's amazing.
