Reading about the Collingridge dilemma (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collingridge_dilemma). Essentially, by the time we have enough understanding of a technology, it may be so "locked in" to society that it is very difficult to change anything about it, largely due to vested interests and incentives. Before a technology goes to market we may have some knowledge, but not enough proof to slow or stop the tech.
A lot of startups manipulate this space - think Uber and Airbnb - and we are seeing the attempts at it with AI.

@_jocmp is a new and open source #feedreader. It's been in development for a while and now it is good enough that I switched to it from FocusReader's paid version. CapyReader doesn't have some fancy features that FocusReader does, but that's okay, I didn't use them anyway. I miss some features like jumping to a feed from list of entries or sorting #feeds by number of unreads, but that's manageable. Hopefully, CapyReader will get these features and more as it matures. It is going to be my recommended feed reader on #Android from now.
With llms writting docs, there is a need of executing the snippets in the docs so they can catch errors if they made one or fix a hellucinated feature.

Plasma Login Manager was forked from SDDM to offer a more integrated option leveraging systemd and Plasma features, but 
@kde (as a project) still supports SDDM (and continues to develop its SDDM integrations) for non-systemd OSes, and the LightDM KDE Greeter also exists as well (though it's not commonly used).
We want to continue supporting our BSD friends if they can help us in doing so. KDE ❤️ FreeBSD.
