Die Hebesätze sinken von über 300 auf 180 Prozent. Bürgerinnen und Bürger profitieren direkt von den #Pachteinnahmen. Die Gemeinde plant künftig ganz auf die Grundsteuer zu verzichten und finanziert Investitionen ohne neue Kredite. Der Schuldenabbau soll bis 2028 abgeschlossen sein.

There are several reasons but they boil down to me lacking the time and energy to write a proper blog post - versus a loosely structured stream-of-consciousness thread - but also the wish to engage with people here. 사실 말도 안 되는 설정이나 세계관 같은 것도 종종 버튜버들이 무리수 설정 두는 (마계에서 왔다, 나이가 몇 백살이다, 엘프다, 마왕의 딸이다 그런거) 문화 반영인 부분이 꽤 있어보이거든요. 기본적으로 설화 카구야 히메의 요소도 많이 들어가있고.
