일상 이야기를 많이 해요 'v`) 일상 이야기 외에는 티알피지나 게임 이야기가 주력이에요.
TRPG 이야기는 주로 던전앤드래곤 5판, 2024판, LANCER, 어둠 속의 칼날 이야기를 하고 있어요.
아무래도 J룰보다는 영미권 룰들을 주식으로 먹고 있다보니 J룰 이야기를 그다지 하지 않고 있어요. 할땐 하기도 하는데 아무래도 주력룰 이야기를 많이 하지(.)
게임은 정말 여러 장르를 좋아하곤 하는데 턴제 전략이나 턴제 카드 게임, 프롬 소프트웨어산 게임, MMORPG로는 파판14를 가끔 복귀하곤 해요. 근데 요즘은 테라리아도 혼자 전문가 난이도로 하고 있기도 하고, 지인들끼리 테이블탑 시뮬레이터로 보드게임 하는 이야기도 하네요. 가끔 CW 걸고 게임하다 분노하는 이야기도 함(,,.,)

MastoBlaster is now available in public testing on TestFlight.
It is a lightweight, privacy-first Fediverse client for iOS, built around a simple idea: fast, small, predictable behavior, and first-class support for snac.
What makes it different:
• snac-first by design, not "compatible by accident"
• Works with all Mastodon API compatible software, including Mastodon, snac, GoToSocial, Akkoma, and others
• EXIF stripping on upload (HDR and orientation preserved)
• Optional on-device alt text generation via Apple Intelligence for your uploads and for images in your timeline
• Markdown posting for snac
• Granular notifications, grouping, multi-account
• Blocking and moderation tools
• Very small footprint, very low RAM usage
Alt text generation happens entirely on device via Apple APIs on supported hardware. Nothing is sent to external services.
It is built around my own workflow and priorities. It may not be for everyone, and that is perfectly fine.
Important note:
MastoBlaster will always be free for BSD Cafe users, illumos Cafe users, and for anyone connecting to a snac instance, including self-hosted ones.
The app is already usable, but this is still a test phase. I am looking for feedback, bug reports, and real-world usage insights.

One of the things that is amazing about AI derangement syndrome is that when you call someone out for buying into that shit -- someone you've previously been on quite good terms with for decades -- their response to you saying, "hey, you should stop doing that, there is no ethical use of this tech" is a level of offense as if you have just fucked their cat.

Recently, I struggled while migrating to Swift Testing. AsyncStream ended up being a really helpful tool.
Here's how I used it to instrument events.
I feel like vouchers are a bit of a shitty response to problems?
My mum had to endure a hotel room that was uninhabitable due to stuck a/c on heating, and the room was 30c even when she slept with the door wide open, which was the only way to prevent it heating up even more. The response is not a room swap, it is ‘speak to a chatbot’.
A voucher is like, you had a shitty experience, please come back so you can have another one. Of course people are less likely to use it. How about no, fuck off, and just find a manager to comp the room.

내가 옛날사람이어서 그런지 오픈클로에게 맡겨놓는거보단 그때그때 코드를 제시하고 프롬프트 넣고 돌아오는 결과를 리뷰하고 테스트하고 마이크로커밋하는게 ...... 마음이 놓이긴 함. 오픈클로에 좋은 모델을 붙이면 냅다 그냥 커밋하게 해도 꽤 괜찮지만 ..... 마음이 불편한건 사실.
