1. 법적으로, 전세권은 등기를 해줘야 하는데, 우리나라는 대개 등기를 안해준다. 즉 대부분의 "전세"는 말이 전세일 뿐이지 그 실질은 임대차계약이며, 다만 월 차임이 없는 형태임.
2. 따라서 이는 (주민등록을 한다는 가정 하) 주택임대차법의 보호를 받음.
3. 주택임대차법 제6조에 따라 계약갱신권을 행사하면 (행사할 수 있다는 조건하에) 동일 조건으로 2년간 추가적으로 거주할 수 있음. 임차인으로서는 임대인의 임료 상승 요구를 받아들일 필요가 없음 (2년 이후에도 같은 곳에 거주할 생각이 있다면 관계 유지상 가능)

The #curl project is soon going to move away from GitHub again for its security reporting. It simply doesn't work the way we need it to. Proper announcement will follow in the near future.
In September, Exquisite.tube, our #Peertube instance, reached one hundred accounts. We have just surpassed double that - a whopping 200 members 
I don't celebrate the numbers themselves, but I do celebrate that more and more people are choosing solid alternatives for Big Tech platforms.

한국 반도체 회사들의 장점은 양산 능력인데 그걸 일본 인력에 맡기면? 일본 정부는 양산 기술력을 원하는 것.
뭐 그 이전에 한국식으로 노무 관리도 못 하고, 일본도 지방에서 기술 인력 구하기도 쉽지 않음. TSMC도 당장 일본 기술자들을 구마모토로 못 끌어와서 골치임. 수도권이나 대도시권에 짓게 해주면 진지하게 고려해볼만 하지만, 그러면 장담컨데 한국보다 비쌀 것. ㅋㅋㅋ

I think a problem is more that instead of "ActivityPub has JSON-LD" you might also say that AP delegates to.. or even 'handwaves' to linked data.

- By far not the case, if you consider the promise and power of ActivityPub
- May perhaps be true, if you have a very particular notion on what the fediverse is and isn't.

With the extensibility mechanism unclear, there is no clear separation either to what is protocol and what is solution space, and there's continuous confusion around this.

@evanEvan Prodromou yesterday, as his remark would entail that all post-facto interoperability introduced on-the-fly by app impls would have to be honored now in the standards. What standards process does that give?
@smallcircles🫧 socialcoding.. It's even crazier than that. I saw the thread a few days ago where 
@cwebberChristine Lemmer-Webber apologized for JSON-LD in AP and @evanEvan Prodromou defended it (but for backwards-compat, not because AP is linked data). The "extensibility" claim is technical gaslighting since that's only true if you use JSON-LD processing of AP data (practically no one does and there's no requirement to do it). 🤪 Even then it's a weak form of protocol extensibility.
