Even better if you can show your work so that others might potentially benefit. There is nothing more human than making mistakes. It’s how you handle those mistakes that is the truest measure of any person. That’s what humanity is.

今天去心理諮詢！ 
睡眠困擾建議：
1. 早上起床先照光，調整生理時鐘。
2. 每天運動30分鐘以上。
3. 如果假日要補眠，和平日起床時間不要差超過2小時(如果平日6點起，假日最晚8點起床)。
4. 如果半夜早醒後睡不著，離開床鋪做腹式呼吸，直到產生睡意。
5. 小睡不要超過1小時。
6. 下午3點後不要碰咖啡、茶、可樂。
工作適應困擾建議：
1. 試著了解自己不那麼喜歡的同事，甚至可以在撞見衝突時，試著接住他的情緒(這需要練習，可以在心中默念來練習)，同理是改變的第一步。
2. 就算在公共圖書館做基層，也是有可以實現理想的機會，可以把想做的事都列出來，看有沒有辦法從小事做起(主動幫助障礙讀者、辦推廣活動等)，減少自己因為理想與現實的落差而無望的感覺。
實踐以上建議時，要注意自己的身心狀況，以自己的節奏慢慢來！
總之半小時的談話，給出的建議我都蠻認同的，有的建議其實我一直都有在做。我再看看10月要不要再談一次！

Games: Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Witcher 3, Near Mage, Warframe, Virtuaverse, Vampire the Masquerade (most of them).
TV: Grimm, Blood Ties, Moonlight, Criminal Minds, everything on Dropout.tv, Ghost Whisperer, Charmed, Bones, Castle, Castlevania, The Dragon Prince.
Movies: Tron, Strange Magic, Brother Bear, Big Hero Six, Robots, I Robot, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Avalon High, The Thirteenth Year.
TTRPGs: Pathfinder and Vampire the Masquerade. I play D&D but I don't necessarily *like* it. I'm really interested in Daggerheart and Kids on Bikes.

A lot of people have said "The new MacBook is not for you". I used a MBA 11" during the intel era for several gens. from right after the time they release the non prototype (aka envelope) model through when they nerfed them. Pretty sure the majority of some versions of Tweetbot was developed on one.
I could live with most of the limitations but there's two reasons I won't get one. 8GB is just insanity in 2026 and my MBP M1 Pro is just still too damned good enough for what I do on laptops.

I think this is because apple’s RAM is part of the SoC for speed, right? I agree with you, however, this is a little bit like complaining you can’t upgrade the level 4 cache on your CPU.
