어제 오후에 Codex에게 Optique 저장소 내의 문서와 예제 코드들을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 정형화되지 않은 복잡한 응용 예제들을 잔뜩 작성해서 실제로 의도대로 잘 동작하지 않는 경우에 이슈 트래커에 버그 리포트를 올려달라고 했고, 중간에 멈추지 말라고 했더니, 하룻밤 사이에 이슈를 300개 가까이 만들어 놨다. 그 중에서 오탐도 없지 않겠지만, 대충 훑어 본 바로는 아주 틀린 소리를 올려둔 것 같진 않아서 이제부터 하나씩 고쳐보려고 한다…

Wer heute für Palantir arbeitet oder mit diesem Unternehmen kooperiert, kann sich nicht mehr damit herausreden, »von nichts gewusst« zu haben. Der Chef sagt offen, dass Palantir Kriegsführung unterstützt und stolz darauf ist. Parallel wird dieselbe Plattform als Heilsbringer für Krankenhäuser, Behörden und Industrie verkauft. Das ist keine neutrale Softwarefirma, sondern ein Machtapparat für Militär, Überwachung und Kontrolle. Wer mit Palantir paktiert, legitimiert genau das.

Today, a Dutch judge ruled in favour of EDRi member 
@bitsoffreedom of Freedom in the appeal vs. Meta.
Facebook and Instagram users will be free to choose how information appears in their feed - and not be forced into algorithmic timelines - will remain intact.
But the fight isn’t over as Meta is still ignoring these rules in other European countries.

And then EU Commissioner Ylva Johansson presented the legislative proposal called Chat Control, which aimed to scan everything on all EU citizens' phones and computers (including conversations in end-to-end-encrypted messaging services). The message from the Commission was: we will only search for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
And then?
And then experts from all over the world explained to her that the kind of scanning she was talking about (as Ylva described it: a drug-sniffing dog that can detect illegal content in a message without reading the message) simply cannot be done safely, and that Chat Control would mean the end of privacy and pose a security threat to all Europeans. Ylva responded with: “what about the children?”
And then?
🇪🇺🎉 HUGE VICTORY! Thanks to your protests, the EU Parliament voted today to END untargeted mass scanning! 💪
But beware: The final decision will now be made in the trilogue with EU governments. The fight continues! ⚔️
