Und die ? Bemüht die Figur des "mündigen Bürgers", der ja zwischen Werbung und Information unterscheiden könne.

Erstens, liebe , sind sogar Vorschulkinder der äußerst aggressiven in voll ausgesetzt.

Sind die etwa auch abgeklärt und mündig?

Zweitens: wirkt unterbewusst. Das ist ein alter Hut. Es ist ja nicht so, als ob wir Zeit hätten, jedes Werbebild bewusst zu konsumieren und zu diskutieren.

Insbesondere nicht bei schnellen Bildwechseln!

Und nun die Frage an die Politik:

Wenn wir doch alle so mündig sind, warum dürfen wir dann nicht selbst entscheiden, wieviel und welche Art von Werbung wir im täglichen Leben konsumieren wollen?

Wenn die Politik das mit dem "mündigen Bürger" in Hinsicht auf Werbung ernst nehmen würde, dann müsste sie unseren konsequenterweise begrüßen und nicht behindern! 😜

Ansonsten ist es reichlich unlogisch, die "Mündigkeit" zu bemühen.

Denn: wir verbieten niemanden, trotzdem Unmengen von zu sehen. Aber even freiwillig. Die Situation ist ja nicht symmetrisch!

Wir stehen für Entscheidungsfreiheit statt Zwang ...

"Nonviolent communication", bah!

It's not the words themselves that constitute violence, it's the intent you are conveying, the act you are performing with your speech. And here's the bottom line: you can rephrase what you say into whatever enlightened language you like, whatever modality of conversation you can imagine, and the intents and the acts remain present.

There's a reason that we sometimes beg someone to "just call me <slur>". At least that's honest. And concise.

Any recommendations re: self-hosted project management stuff? I like teamhood but their 3 seat minimum is a no-go. Most of the ok-looking stuff (plane, openproject) still wants you to pay for cloud licenses, taiga/kanboard/leantime look.. not great.

Redisのnamespace、効率は悪いからね。キーにプレフィックスをつけて同一のデータベースを共有する。

データベース番号は空間が切り離される。デフォルトでは0が使われている。0-15まで指定できるので、そっち使えって話。

それと、ある程度規模が大きくなったサーバは、そもそも共有するんじゃなくて、プロセスを複数立てて分散させる。

以下は私の印象に残った点です。

-甘いエサで釣られ、プラットフォームにロックインされたが最後、搾取され放題。
-企業は基本的に、需要の高い高給取り以外の労働者を搾取しつくす。
-ひとつの対抗手段は労働運動。労働組合の支持は高まっている。だが政府が弱体化をはかっている。
-もうひとつの対抗手段はDIYやハッキング。
-しかしアプリの改ざんは、北米では著作権法で違法。
-一方、インドネシアのギグワーク配車アプリは協同組合がハッカーを雇い、改造された。
-だからカナダでソフトウェアやハードウェアのリバースエンジニアリング、ジェイルブレイク、改造を合法にしよう。独自に決済手数料の安いアプリプラットフォームを立ち上げよう。

トランプの関税に関税で報復すると市民が苦しむので、知的財産を保護しないという戦い方がいいという提言。
実際に、認められたケースもあるという。
圧倒的にアメリカが輸出しているソフトウエアが保護されなくなれば、相当な圧力が政権にかかるだろうというのだ。確かに効きそうである。

, 18 Mar 1979, the first National Black Women’s Conference started in Brixton, London, arranged by the Organisation of Women of African and Asian Descent (OWAAD). Over 300 women attended.

OWAAD was founded by Stella Dadzie and Olive Morris in 1978 to bring a black feminist perspective to political action.

Morris died in July 1979 of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In 2024, she was recognised for her work with a blue plaque.

現在Mastodonで利用しているSidekiqはVersion 6系（6.5.12）ですが、Version 8がリリースされたので、6系はサポート外になりましした。少なくとも7系に移行する必要があります。

Sidekiqでは以前から、Redisを共有する場合はnamespaceを使わずdb番号を使うように推奨しており、6系では警告、7系ではエラーになるようになっています。
（一応sidekiq側の設定で回避はできますが、Mastodonとしてはnamespaceサポートを無くす方向）

ちなみにFedibirdでは先日Sidekiq 7系（7.3.8）に移行しましたが、namespaceの機能は既に無効にしました。

namespaceが必要になる状況としては、Redisをどこかで借りる運用になっていて、構成を自由にできない場合が想定されます。

Redisを共有していない場合や、自分でRedisを設置している場合は、基本的に無関係の話です。
