전국민마음건강지원사업으로 시작했던 심리상담이 어느덧 끝나간다. 직장 생활을 어떻게 하면 잘 할 수 있을까 고민하던 차에 상담을 시작했지만, 결론적으론 퇴사를 하기로 했다. 상담사님이 보는 나는 마치 ‘착한 사람 증후군’에 빠진 사람 같다고 했다. 주변을 너무 신경쓰고, 감정 표현을 잘 하지 않고, 스스로를 너무 힘들게 한다고 했다.
