I've been busy filming and doing motion graphics for my first Fediverse video. Things are going splendidly so far and I cannot wait to unveil it - target release date: May 29th.

近年TVB為了老去的觀眾群，推出很多特定節目
比如選秀的《中年好聲音》，參賽者都是中老年人，也有很多標奇立異的人去比賽

不過重點是今年決賽地點剛好是香港的新場館，日期也剛好跟泉州相撞

그래도 나름...; 렌즈 교환식 카메라 들고 다니면 그런 비싼; (제일 싼 거야 T_T) 거 쓰면 사진이 좋아지냐는 질문을 받곤 한다. 물론 해상력이나 DR, 색 심도에서 더 나으니 쓰는 거지만 휴대폰 화면으로만 보는 사람들한테는 차이가 없다보니 궁리하다가 낸 답은,

폰이면 망할 조건에서도 몇 장은 더 건지게 해준다. 수동 안 쓸 거면 폰카도 잘 나오니 좋은 거 쓰고 싶으면 맥스나 울트라 사라.

이러면 다들 만족?하더라. 백통 달면 차라리 우와 하고 말텐데 R8에 작은 렌즈 쓰면 시비 거는 사람들이 많아. ㅋㅋ; 근데 jpg 뽑아서 폰, 패드에서 본다면 폰카가 95%의 사람들에게는 더 나은 선택인 건 사실이다.

I spend my way to RustWeek with playing around on @fasterthanlimeamos facet library and checking out if diesel might use it at some point. I started with setting up something to load values from the database. That seems to be possible, even with retaining most of the compile time checks performed by diesel. The given implementation at least would allow us to provide a (stripped down) replacement of derive(Queryable).

공격 전개에서의 부분 전술이 중요한 시대에 적응 못한 감독이라고 보지만 알아서 해줄 선수들이 많은 브라질 국대에서는 잘 할 지도. 거기는 자원이 너무 많아서 문제인 곳이니.

OpenTelemetry Protocol with Apache Arrow - Phase 2 Announcement

We are excited to announce the next phase of the OpenTelemetry Protocol with Apache Arrow project (OTel-Arrow). We began this project several years ago with the goal of bridging between OpenTelemetry data and the Apache Arrow ecosystem. Apache Arrow is a framework designed for zero-copy exchange of structured data between column-oriented data producers and consumers. We believe that having OpenTelemetry data accessible to external systems through Apache Arrow will lead to powerful integrations, with the potential for new telemetry systems and applications to emerge. For large streams of telemetry, we know that column-oriented data handling is substantially more efficient, with improved data compression and performance.
