채썬 파와 들깨가루가 올라가고 숟가락이 꽂혀있는, 반쯤 맑은 국물이 담긴 뚝배기.
제가 먹을 수 있는 맛있는 순대국을 찾아 헤메던 중, 우연히 발견한 포스팅을 보고 찾아가본 곳입니다.
일단 나온 국물이 반쯤 맑은 걸 보고 놀랐습니다. 국물을 먹어보고 나서는 감칠맛에 집중한, 제가 좋아하는 종류의 국물이라 마음에 들었고요. 순대는 가게에서 직접 만드는 찹쌀순대같은데, 이것도 다른 데서는 맛보기 힘든 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 잡내는 전혀 없어서 먹기도 좋았습니다.
처음 가보는 가게에서는 입맛에 맞지 않으면 남겨야 할 수도 있으니까 특을 시키지 않고 보통을 시키는 편인데, 다음 번에 가면 특으로 먹을까 싶습니다.
