또 하나 재미있는게 넓이 관련 접두사 문제인데. SI 접두사들은 1000단위로 증감하는데 넓이들은 100배로 증가하니 넓이 계산시 숫자가 지저분하게 붙는다! 새 단위를 써야 한다! 그러는데 솔직히 이러면 한중일 언어 화자들이 입이 찢어져라 좋아하면서. '그치? 그치? 10000단위로 바꾸는 게 합리적이지? 얼른 바꾸자!' 이러겠지. (그리고 우린 이미 그렇게 쓴다) 10 × 10 = 100 이고 100 × 100 = 10000 인데 만단위 접두사가 SI 관점에선 더 '자연'스러운 게 맞지 않나? 왜 10을 3번 곱해야 함?
