AI 버블이 꺼지는것 같지만 오늘 듣기론 지금 다니는 블랙회사 팀에서도 여전히 빈자리가 많은데 (기존 사람들이 자꾸 나감) 채용을 하고 싶어도 인력이 없어서 채용을 못하는... 근데 포지션 열면 수천명이 이력서를 넣지만 그중에 원하는 사람은 또 한명도 없고 ㅋㅋㅋ... 경력만 채용해서 그런가 그것도 아닌것 같음 그냥 맘에 드는 신입도 없는것 같긴함 다들 눈만 엄청 높아져서 어려운듯 근데 그런 사람들은 이 회사를 안오고 무한 악순환이 반복됨 ㅎㅎ
