Got an AS number and IPv6 /48 via RIPE, set up a FreeBSD BGP router with FRR, two upstreams, and built GRE/GIF tunnels ti bring my own globally routable addresses to servers at different providers.
The interesting part: dual-FIB policy routing lets FreeBSD jails speak from both provider and BGP addresses simultaneously.

We could have avoided the high death toll of COVID and prepared for the next pandemic.
Instead we get even shittier code, abuse images, far-right bots, dodgy tech in healthcare, and even more precarious state of things for artists.

日本研究團隊分析氣象廳地震數據後指出，北海道十勝外海海底正持續累積應力，相關狀況顯示已具備引發黎克特製9級超巨大地震的條件，地震發生風險不容忽視。研究結果由靜岡縣立大學及海洋研究開發機構組成的團隊於本月6日前對外公佈。
研究團隊指出，北海道外海歷來曾多次發生9級規模的超巨大地震。是次分析利用2000年至2025年間，發生於北海道外海至東北外海一帶板塊邊界周邊、規模2.5以上地震的資料，透過不同地震規模的發生次數比例，推算地殼內部累積的應力變化。結果顯示，十勝外海存在明顯的應力累積區域，且累積程度呈逐年上升趨勢。
