흑인 인종차별 위헌 판결을 내린 미국 연방 대법원 Brown v. Board of Education 사건에서도 얼 워런 대법원장이 반대의견이 나오면 남부가 반대의견을 무기삼아서 판결을 거부할 수 있고, 별개의견(concurrence)이 나오면 법정의견으로부터 집중이 분산이 되기 때문에 "9-0 법정의견, 별개의견 없음"이 될 때까지 합의를 계속 진행했거든요.
이게 현 상황이길 바랄 뿐입니다.
