FirefoxのUI上でタブを移動させるときに、他のタブ上にさしかかったときに新規のタブグループを作成しようとするようになって誤操作しがちで困っていたので、とりあえず`browser.tabs.groups.enabled`を`false`にして黙らせた。代わりに`browser.tabs.groups.dragOverDelayMS`の数値を引き上げるだけでもいくらかマシになるけど、まあタブグループを活用したくなるまでは完全に無効化で良いだろう
