Fediverse, what are your favorite CDN-fronted static web hosting providers?

Requirements:
- Automatic deployment via `git push`
- Automatic TLS
- Support for something like Netlify’s `_redirects` file
- Globally distributed
- Not run by racists, fascists, or homophobes

I don’t need hosting for email, DNS, CI, or app servers, and I don’t want to maintain a virtual machine.

Not interested in Cloudflare, AWS, or things like GitHub Pages.

@xiniha 님께서 Hackers' Pub에 눈에 보이진 않지만 큰 기여를 해 주셨습니다. Drizzle ORM 베타 버전에서 쓸 수 있는 릴레이셔널 API v2를 Hackers' Pub 코드 전체에 적용하는 큰 패치가 바로 그것입니다.

기능적으로 눈에 바뀌는 것은 없겠지만, 아마 성능상으로는 약간의 개선이 있을 수 있습니다. 기존에는 복잡한 관계 필터를 서브쿼리 방식으로 해 왔는데, 릴레이셔널 API v2를 쓰면 JOIN으로 바뀌는 것 같아요. 물론 PostgreSQL의 쿼리 최적화기가 뛰어나다면 두 방식 중 어떤 방식을 쓰든 같은 실행 계획을 수립할 것이므로 성능 차이가 없을 수도 있지만요. 아니면 더 느려질 수도 있겠죠. 거기까지 세세하게 비교 테스트해보진 않았습니다. 😅

참고로 해당 변경은 이미 배포된 상태입니다. 아무튼 고생해주신 @xiniha 님께 박수 부탁드립니다. 👏

Question for my git folks: my app needs to know what the current git branch is in a working folder. It, apparently, is possible that there *is* no current git branch. I don't know the conditions in which that happens, or how to make it happen so I can write a test case for it.

Edit: LazyWeb wins again! Answer: get to a detached head state by doing a checkout of any commit that isn't HEAD.

The instance administered by @trumpettrumpet@mas.to that hosts all of my Mastodon solar bots (https://v.cx/2024/02/solar-bot) has stated their intention to ban all of my bots. Although they concede that neither the accounts nor the posts break any of their rules, they don't like that the posts appear in their instance's timeline. If there were a way to remove posts *only* from the instance feed I'd agree to that. There is not. Instead, posts would also need to be unsearchable, suppressing their discovery.
