孩子遊戲中與同伴起爭執，高敏感孩子的情緒迅速飆升，把調色用的布丁湯匙拿起來折斷。如此不足以宣洩，還在尋找下一個目標。
「我知道妳現在很生氣，但我不能再讓妳折湯匙」「我先收起來，等妳感覺沒那麼生氣的時候再給妳用」。
孩子情緒還在爬升，目露凶光。
「知道嗎？每個人都會有生氣的時候，老師也是，所以妳完全可以生氣，生氣真.的.沒.關.係，但我希望妳不會生氣太久。」
孩子眼神閃爍了一下，有點鬆動。
「我到旁邊等妳，等妳不那麼生氣的時候，我希望妳能來找我。我需要妳跟我說對不起，因為妳折斷了我的湯匙，我有點難過。好嗎？」
我跟孩子保持距離，給出冷靜的空間。
沒多久，孩子在原地面向我，與我目光接觸。「喵老師，我要跟妳道歉，對不起……」她說。
「我聽到妳的道歉了，我原諒妳。」我輕拍孩子的背。
孩子再次加入同伴的遊戲中，神情也回到放鬆的狀態。
「學校老師都不會原諒我」孩子邊玩邊說。
「應該會吧？如果妳道歉的話。」
「我道歉了，老師第二天還是對我凶巴巴的。」
我建立道歉的正面經驗連結，希望孩子不要因為怕被罵而逃避。但現實也教了她「道歉不一定會被原諒」。

@@@ 이번 대선은 보궐선거에 해당돼 투표 종료 시각이 오후 6시가 아니라 오후 8시입니다.
대학생때 친구(컴알못)가 노트북 견적 짜달라고 한적이 있는데, 성능 상관없고 최대한 싸게만 해달라고 했다. 그래서 운영체제 미포함 기기에 우분투 깔아서 30만원으로 맞춰줬다. 우분투를 영업하려는 의도는 전혀 없었고 싸게 해달라는 요구를 최대한 맞춘 결과였다. 걔가 그때 형편이 안 좋아서 한푼이라도 아끼는게 중요했고, 나는 나름 목적을 달성했다는 것에 뿌듯해했다. 리브레 오피스 깔아주면서 한글, 엑셀 대신에 이거 쓰면 된다고 설명했던 기억이 난다.
그리고 이 일을 까맣게 잊고 살다가 1년후 쯤에 그 친구를 다시 만났는데, 보자마자 반응이
