我家有請外國看護，她是從印尼的Ponorogo來的，讀到高中，參加看護的職訓學校。
來到我家半年左右的23歲女性。
這是我家請的第一位外國看護。
跟她聊天，閒聊中跟去印尼當幼教老師的朋友資訊相對照。
一開始聊的是她家鄉的狀況，再問問她對印尼遷都的看法，問問我朋友去的地方（松巴島）的看法。
在她來到我家之前，仲介對我們耳提面命，大致上就是要提防印尼人、要嚴格要求、不能太心軟、某種程度上仲介公司的人說的像是要把自己當奴隸主，對看護一個命令一個動作像當兵一樣對待。仲介說他們又笨又狡猾。
事實不然，的確她上的看護教育中心並沒有系統教育，對於出國工作的國家理解也不足，語言沒有充分溝通的能力。
不過個人的學習意願充分、知識基礎充分學習能力強，對於台灣知識不足但對於印尼各地的認識充分，稍微補足欠缺部分就能連結。從她的身上我覺得印尼的教育蠻值得佩服的，雖然沒有全面輸入他國相關細節但有教育如何取得資訊路徑、當地互助團體、如何融入環境。對於以出國工作為目標的人該知道的資訊都有。
她出身東爪哇但對印尼各地方都有認識，印尼是很大又複雜文化的國家，從她對各地印象的陳述我認為印尼教育值得佩服。

Für jeden ist erkennbar wie unterirdisch der Umgang des Gesundheitsministerium mit ihr in den vergangenen Tagen war.

Der Masken-Milliardenschaden war absehbar und wurde von Spahn gegen jeglichen Rat verursacht:
▪️ Preise wurden willkürlich & zu hoch festgesetzt
▪️ Lieferungen in großer Mehrheit mangelhaft oder ganz ausgeblieben
▪️ Trotzdem wurde kein Schadensersatz geltend gemacht
Viele hundert Millionen Euro flossen an Firmen aus dem Union-Umfeld.
Ein Großteil der gekauften Schutzprodukte kam nie im Gesundheitswesen an.
Bis heute werden wöchentlich LKW-Ladungen dieser Schrottmasken zur Verbrennung gebracht.
Der Schaden: beispiellos.
Jens Spahn kommunizierte zu den Milliardendeals per WhatsApp, Akten sind verschwunden oder auslagert.
➡️ Der Sudhof-Bericht konnte deshalb nur einen Bruchteil der Vorgänge rekonstruieren.
Nur ein U-Ausschuss kann Beweise sichern, Akten beiziehen, Zeugen unter Eid vernehmen.
Der Maskenskandal ist inzwischen über 40x so groß wie das Maut-Desaster unter Scheuer. Damals gab es einen Untersuchungsausschuss. Heute braucht es ihn 40x dringender.
Gut, dass auch die SPD-fraktion sich endlich bewegt. Die Union muss sich dieser Aufklärung jetzt stellen.

It is weird to see the continuing fallacy in the software world that 'source code' is the most valuable asset, by far.
The most valuable asset is the knowledge, design decisions, rationale and intent encoded therein. Just because we don't have good languages to encode that does not change the value proposition.
That misplaced value equation is also at the root of the LLM-for-SE hype.

Like, a bot that's trained to be anti-woke really seemed to not just "over-correct", it went all in, enough seemingly for the CEO to quit

日本にインバウンドで来ている外国人しかみていないと、世界中の人が日本を好きと勘違いしてしまう。でも、わざわざ日本に来てる時点でかなり偏りがある。日本嫌いな人は来ないから。逆に、日本から海外に行くと、別にいうほど海外の人は日本のことなんて気にしていないことに気付く。沢山ある国のひとつに過ぎない。
この十数年で日本はどんどん円安になって所得もぜんぜん伸びず、相対的にすっかり貧乏な国になった。以前のように工夫をしたら貧乏旅行でもそこそこ楽しめるという時代ではなくなってしまった。最近の「日本ファーストで何が悪いんですか?」みたいな素朴な排外主義って、日本という殻に閉じ込もって「日本スゴイ」「世界中が日本大好き」プロパガンダにすっかり染まってしまった結果なのかも。
Bluesky is rolling out age verification in the U.K. in an effort to comply with the country's Online Safety Act.
