I maintain that while this app ecosystem shines best on GNOME (whether on a laptop, desktop, or phone), there would be a ton of value in getting it in front of Android users; a long-term path towards them actually using Linux on mobile once it’s ready for “normies.”

Getting these apps on Android feels far more urgent to me than getting Android apps on Linux phones today.

Updated my test mastodon instance, listodon.com, to v4.5.6 and updated TangerineUI to a nice lagoon theme for the default.

I had some slowness during this upgrade, I'm not sure why. At one point I thought it was completely stalled but it finally completed.

上周因为流感发了几天的高烧，度过了肉体非常痛苦的时刻，周末给我妈电话的时候没忍住就哭了出来。
我妈先是充满爱意的安慰了我，然后话锋一转又开始劝说我赶紧回国诸如此类的话。
这是她惯用的技俩，她非常喜欢在我精神脆弱的时候趁虚而入，试图左右我的决策，并且比较恶心的是只在我精神脆弱的时候她才这么干。
当时我感受到一阵愤怒，但我也懒得和她吵架，我没有对她的建议发表任何评论，只是清楚地感受到她的建议就是放屁，就继续下一个话题了。
挂掉电话后，我回到养病的正常生活中，但过了一会儿我忽然意识到有什么东西好像缺失了，为什么我没有发生闪回？
因母亲的互动而产生躯体化和闪回是我高中毕业后不愿意回家，大学毕业后出国，出国后开始心理治疗的一大动因。发生闪回的诱因多种多样，其中之一就是这种包装在母爱之下的操纵，已知记录是上一次她这么做后，发生的闪回让我陷入和自残冲动搏斗五小时的痛苦中。
没有闪回，怎么会一点都没有？
在一下午的疑神疑鬼后，我接受了事实。没有发生闪回，我自由了。i am free.
之后我和我的therapist讨论了我到底是free from what。therapist回答说是you are free from yourself。

但在我意识到的那个时刻，在我没有therapist的肯定，因为流感疯狂打喷嚏，为了论文而不断烦恼，读博的未来毫无着落的那个周末下午，我感到的只有一种巨大的，绝对的，压倒性的孤独。
然后我想起看到过关于女性要克服的那个瞬间，我对自己说，这就是你需要克服的那个瞬间。这就是你的母亲，你的母亲的母亲，以及千千万万个和你血脉相连的女性未曾有机会和能力克服，但是你可以克服的瞬间。
我开始哭泣，因为那种巨大的孤独，巨大的自由，以及随之油然而生的，从我的子宫发散到身体各处的熊熊燃烧的力量。
