It’s all so good (of course!!), but the sections on anchoring and vigilance really draw a concern into view. A taste:

탐라에 메인프레임 이야기가 나와서 보니 후지쯔 메인프레임 아직 팔고 있네. ㅎㅎㅎ 2030년에 판매 중지 예정이라고. SPARC 솔라리스 서버도 29년 판매 종료 예정. 그 시장은 클라우드 및 자체 개발한 ARM 프로세서 서버들로 교체하려는 듯.

메인프레임은 ARM 베이스로 옮겨서 끌고 갈 거 같았는데 확실히 일본 내수 위주로는 수익성이 안나나 보네.

In particular, attack does not depend on an existing third party seller having poor PII handling hygiene, like the articles have implied.
