그렇게 따지면 대법 판례 변경이나 위헌판결 케이스들은 뭐가 되나요. 실제 기소가능성이 있는지는 차치하더라도, 한국 사법 역사가 무오함을 주장할 만한 거시기는 절대 못되는지라 형식적이라도 단두대 하나 정도는 좀 놔둬봐야 한다고 봅니다.

As a designer who doesn’t know what he is doing I’ve longed for something like this to make sure the code my AI is spitting out works well. I kinda even tried building skills and docs with Claude 2 weeks ago, but the thing is: I have no idea what I’m doing.
Paul knows exactly what he is doing, I’ve been learning so much from his resources already and these new skills and agent files are soooo valuable for all the people like me who had the barrier to entry lowered so much with agentic coding.

A kdo jsem vlastně já, který stále žije? Úplně jsem se v tom utápěl, ničemu jsem už nerozumněl, mnohokrát jsem usnul, těžce oddechoval a zase se budil. Pak jsem na to přišel. Napadlo mě, že umírání je stejné jako spánek. Je v tom jediný rozdíl, to, že člověk spal, se pozná, až druhý den ráno, když se probudí. A pokud ráno nepřijde, člověk zůstane spát navždy. Není právě tohle smrt? Pokud ano, pak by to znamenalo, že si zemřelý není vědom toho, že umřel. Svou smrt nikdy neuvidí. Takže ve skutečnosti nikdo neumírá? Nad tímhle zjištěním jsem kroutil hlavou.

I see the #fedi announcement by a commercial marketing agency of a venture capital based app store joining the fediverse.
Is the #fediverse we have capable of avoiding #enshittification as it grows and attracts an increasing number of corporations, who make it their market?
Is our #ActivityPub landscape resistant to corporate capture and eventual takeover and domination? Just like the Corporate Web, also decentralized.
There are nice niches on the web, like a bloggosphere, bulletin boards, and news readers, that all still exist. But web as a whole is predominantly corporate, arguably not commons based, for the people by the people.
Social experience design defines "commons based" as "where people are in control of their future on a path of healthy evolution and natural growth". A core principle is being sustainable at all times, and timely acknowledge and mitigate risks.
Is fediverse commons based? Did we cocreate the Future of Social networking?
@smallcircles🫧 socialcoding.. private property social media is *designed* to make you stay there as long as possible — creating familiarity and making you remember and think about it more frequently.
Since #fediverse intent to be healthier, it does't break your #autonomy about your time and probably never makes you addicted. The consequence is that it's harder to stay using it more than how much we used corporate social media. Plus, the fact that popular people aren't much here.
Both of the things we "lack of" are interesting only for #capitalism , not the liberating place we're making.
What I think can be done about Fediverse popularity is attracting more progressive and popular people here — by actually presenting it to them.

こちらの件を改めて。
上限1万円だった永住許可の在留手数料が最大30万円に。もしもパスポートや運転免許証の更新手数料が30倍引き上げられたら...と想像してほしい（適切な例ではないと思うが敢えて...)
この件といい、経営・管理ビザの資本金要件引き上げ（500万円→3000万円）といい、こうした制度が人を追いつめ生きられなくする。
10年前、15年前だったらこんな案は検討されないどころか言い出されることさえなかったはず。それが今、普通に閣議決定され法整備されようとしている。このことに強く抗議したいし、止めたい。
